Seal Parish Council has now completed its year-end governance process for 2025/26. The Council approved the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) at an Extraordinary Meeting on 30 June 2026 following consideration of the Internal Auditor’s Report. The AGAR and associated documents will now be published in accordance with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, allowing members of the public to inspect the Council’s accounts during the statutory period.
